    PDF Forms in PHP

I've used a few different methods to create PDFs in PHP. I haven't been able to come across one that will allow me to add editable form fields. Does anybody know of one? I looked over the FPDF site and couldn't find any info about it.

Anyone have any ideas? I need to make a change to some forms for a client, but the size of the project doesn't anywhere near justify spending $500 for Adobe Acrobat just to do one thing.

You can download a 30 day sample of Acrobat Professional that includes a form designer (a.k.a. Live Cycle Designer). If this is only a one time shot that might be your best bet. Note that this is Windows only.
