    Strange.

Did you pass their fraud verifications?
To setup a VPS it's pretty much instant, unless they're out of stock.

Have you emailed there NOC email? ( if they have one? )

They could be having a holiday, you never know these days with the amount of kids that own hosting companies in todays modern internet age.

I'm not sure how a VPS can be "out of stock" since it's a virtual item, but anyways. It wouldn't be safe to say that setting up a VPS is instant, since you don't know their procedures, so what you said doesn't necessarily apply to them.

A VPS is generally split up environments based off a host node. A company running out of stock for VPS, is basically, them not being able to provision more VPS' than is suitable for that particular host node. There is also factors such as IP's, disk space, licensing, and the hardware node it self!

Due to overwhelming (spike of orders), or the delay in shipping of new servers, they may have to take extra time to setup new servers to handle the VPSes.
    Existing servers may be full.

An image-based system can easily setup the VPSes instantly.
If not instantly, then it shouldn't take more than one hour of effort.

Sometimes a server does take 24 hours to provision, but your provider should have told you that when you signed up. Also it does not bode well that no one even ansered your email or ticket or pm for so long.

Its Burst, so if its sold out and they need a new server, expect to wait a week.

Sometimes their responses are a bit slow, I'm guessing its all Indian based support, rather than US - so..

Yeah, seems like they are based out of India. Did you get a response yet?
