    Hosgator - Complete Rubbish =[

    Well had my hostgator reseller account for 2weeks, it was realy bad, bad support slow speeds, so I canceled and asked for a refund the date was Feb 19, 2008. Its now Mar 26, 2008 and even though around 15 of their staff said I am entitled to a rufund they now say that I am not! I have been waiting over 1 month for a refund I got one sent to a friends paypal but they then took it back and said they would send it to me and didn't.

    The worst service!

    I didn't ask them to, but they did.
    Because I sold him the domain and he set a paypal account up for it so they sent the money there for some reason

    Did Hostgator staff tell your the reason they do not refund?

    Because I have a shared account with them. I do understand where they are coming from on this issue, but I dont see what around 15 staff members have lied to me about this issue

    HostGator would likely refund the account that you paid them from.
