ServerAxis [[[billing issue]]]

I don't recommend serveraxis at all.

They seem to be just two people.

I had a question in for 10 days to their billing department. I was corresponding with them about my account being down. I have been traveling extensively and didn't have time to figure out why the payment wasn't working and they deleted my account without warning. It was admittedly a couple of months but the last message they sent me was that they could restore my account and I told them several times that I was traveling and was definitely going to pay.

Then it took me 5 emails and 10 days before they replied to my inquiry about not being able to log in.

Thinflector,

I normally don't post this type of information publicly but since you want to bring this up here lets get some facts straight.

You were sent multiple warning notices including a disconnect notification. I personally responded to an email from you on Feb 9th about payment arrangements and you confirmed you were aware the server had been disconnected. Note at this point the account is already 40 days overdue. We then have had no contact from you since Feb 9th until now.

So your account was closed for non-payment over 2 months ago, it's now 80 days overdue, and you expect us to have the server ready and waiting for you?

Sometimes it can't be very nice for VPS providers having such an open forum for people to come and moan on :-)

Should ServerAxis care that you're on the road? - no
Should ServerAxis care that you don't have time to pay your bills? - no
Should ServerAxis trust you just coz you say so? - no
Should ServerAxis continue to provide you a service that you're not paying for? - no

I hope you feel better for your little rant. I know I do :-)

Matt

When your account becomes delinquent you forfeit any standing you have. If, by your provider's policies your account was in fact delinquent then be grateful for whatever help they provide you.

Kind Regards,

I think the previous posts have made it pretty clear that this isn't a problem with ServerAxis, but in case people stumble on this thread and aren't sure about them, we've had very good service from ServerAxis both for technical questions and billing. All of our tickets are answered quickly and professionally. No problems on the server/network side either - I'd definitely recommend them highly.

Well said

You can't complain, when you haven't paid your bills on time...

It's clear from this thread ServerAxis has done nothing wrong.

Case closed.

Yes, you could have your account shut down and terminated after 1 day of the invoice not being paid. You are lucky he gave you 40 days!
