cPanel for OpenVZ
I have a friend who wants a VPS (OpenVZ) with cPanel. He's used to cPanel on dedicated servers so, my questions.
Can I get a version of cPanel that runs in OpenVZ virtual servers?
What does it cost and where do I buy one license?
Thanks in advance.
Any cPanel VPS license will work in OpenVZ.

Yes you can. It costs $15 /month via most external providers. I've used BuyCpanel.com - and know their billing / sales departments quite well, they're great.
Thanks - just what I'm looking for.
Or you can get a VPS preloaded with WHM/cPanel there are lots of provider offering them.
Make sure the VPS has atleast 512MB of ram. We have found that anything less will usually become problems.
512M for cPanel? Hmm... If cPanel is taking up so much RAM, then where are other main applications like Apache or MySQL going to run!?
I've read around here that cPanel requires a minimum of 256M, but then again with 256M you probably will just be able to run cPanel alone! I guess 512 is a safe bet.

cPanel fresh install all inclusive need 256Mb (recommended). So you need around 512 Mb to be on the safe side.
