Where are you Paul?

I requested a whmcs integration from this company and they did a good work I have to say, I'm quite satisfied.
After that I thought that this is a good company and wanted my phpbb template design from there as well.

But after 6 days the template is just finish and when I complain Paul told me that is in their tos that it can took up to 7 days. I don't mind that much but the template that is not complete.

The alignment of the menu is wrong compare to what my site should be and what the WHMCS integration did have.
Therefore I request a remake or at least fix this because I paid money for this and I expect no less.

After I complained to Paul he replied with this:

I should have it tonight, I decided to just redo it with more to it

with date (06/02/2012 09:28)

and then after that the ticket was closed. No update of the template.
I submit new ticket and no reply since.

Paul is very active here. I'll drop him a PM myself alerting him to this thread. I am sure that he'll be able to assist you.

Yes. He is active here and they do integration in a timely manner but he has not replied my PM from last 2 days.

I sent him over a PM mentioning this thread. I can't / won't speak for him, but I'm sure that once he grabs a moment, he'll be on and available to address any problems that exist.
