$1000 per month. In the UK that would be under the minimum wage. MacDonalds starting rate is higher than that

Wow, that is exactly minimum wage. Which might be fine for some kid learning the ropes, but you're not going to get anyone with that experience and knowledge to do all that, especially from 1 AM to 9 AM hours. Perhaps you made a typo? A note of warning though, minimum wage is going up soon and you'll have to raise your salary offer occordingly if you want to cater to the minimum wager's still. Maybe you didn't specify how many hours a day, or how many days a week the person would have to work for the $1,000 a month pay? Anyway, good luck finding someone to be physically in the office for that pay.

This position might be of interest to college students who wouldn't mind working part-time for a bit extra pocket money but I'm afraid if its a full time position, you will have a hard time filling it.

Good luck though.

<scratch> I made $2080 a Month with paid sick days/ 2 weeks paid vacation, paid insurance. All I did was sit behind a desk and computer and answered incomming internet support questions for GTE and either send the call up or handled the call myself.

I think you'll need to atleast offer $2700 with 2 weeks paid vacation. If your worried about who you get then give them 1/2 pay within a 30 day trial period then if you like them up it to full pay.
