Please explain what you mean by no overage charges? What type of support level agreements do you offer. Are the servers managed, simi-managed, not managed, what? Please PM with further details and a link to your site.

Answer to your question
"600GB/month - No overage charge" means 2 things:
1) We ensure that all machines are balanced between our pipes so that we can guarantee a minimum (!) of the given bandwith.
2) If you step over that bandwith, you will not be charged the overage. As long as your business on the server is legal you are free to use how much you can.
The servers are unmanaged, as all servers in those low price ranges, but managed support can be negotioated and you will be, again, suprised by our low prices.
Please find our Chicago SLA here
Finally the link to our site is www.nocsol.com
Feel free to look around and/or ask for further information.
Thanks for your input

Looks like a great deal to me, a question though: what kind of connection do the servers have to the internet?

Answer to your question
Yes the servers will benefit from the Yipes addition and it will be actually less then a month.
We have an exclusive 100mbit pipe on which our servers are on and we will also get our piece of the coming Yipes pipe to backup Cogent which is the provider for our 100mbit connection.
If you want to check out our connectivity, feel free to use below information:
Speed: ftp://66.28.242.229/15meg.test
Ping: 66.28.242.233

Looks like a good offer. One question: what do you mean by 'exclusive' -- are NocSol's servers the only servers connected to this pipe?

Answer to your questions
@XSOnline: We would install your Ensim at no charge at all
@amaroq: Yes exclusive means that we have our own pipe and only our servers are on.
@frozen: Yes atm you have to do that via helpdesk/email but we are working on an automated solution for this.
Thanks for your input!

none of our links are down and under PRODUCTS you enter our SECURE ORDER SITE where you find a Shopping Cart System where you can buy our Products via PaySystems/ReveCom, one of the most reputated and safest Payment Procesors on the market today. In addition to that you can ALSO (as a convenience) pay via PayPal. We also have a PayPal Promotion running to encurage people from using PayPal as we have a special deal with them.
I would kindly ask you to restrain yourself from posting false accusations without any proof or grounds in my offer.
Thank you!

So there's only a 98.9% uptime guarantee?

If you ask som eof our clients they will gladly confirm to when we had our big outage 4 months ago (around 4 hours) they got a good amount deducted from their monthly fee of the next month.
One clients machine wa sonce down almost a whole day and it was our fault. The client got a complete free month with us cause I felt it was the least we could do.
So yes, 98.9% uptime it is because we do not lie to our clients. I hereby do NOT (!) suggest that other people here do so, I ma only pointing out that WE don't.
When the Yipes lines go live in Chicago and our testing delivers the awaited results, there is a VERY good chance that Chicago will be under a 100% (!) uptime guarantee from this point.
Both the new SLA promise AND the lines will add to the value of our products and yet will all prices remain unchanged.

I'm interested in your service, but one thing that's not making a good impression on me is your website.
It looks amatuerish, not to mention the products section which was done in Frontpage.
Also, the your Terms & Conditions page (http://www.nocsol.com/legal/index.htm) states the last update was March 5th, 2002, yet your domain was registered back in July of this year.

Yes, the products section is done in FrontPage by my humble self. It helps me that it's in FP cause I change it very often and have to integrate the PaySystems Shopping Cart in it too. I don't really like it that much myself but it does it's job.
I personally believe that the quality of the website does not play any important role at all. If the look of my site prohibits you from doing business with us then this is (no offence!) redicoulous IMHO as it is the only thin gnot vital to a business relationship.
What you should focus on is asking ohter people about us, research on us and aprechiate f.e. quality statements like our GlobalSign that proves (if you check with them and their terms!) that we had to PHYSICALLY send in our company founding papers. In other words it is a bullet-proof insurance that I/we are running a actual existing company and are not a scam or "here-today-gone-tomorrow-wannebe-business".
I invite you (and everyone else) to log into our Members Area using
User
temp
All our SLA's are there and Fax forms and also you can see that we use ModernBill (Full Source Version) for our Billing/HelpDesk etc.
I discussed my site with a reputated web designer once and he liked it... even without havin gseen the Member Area... anyway
