High CPU usage how to reduce it!
My server details
Intel \ 2.4 Ghz \ P4 Celeron
os-redhat
RAM-2GB DDR
harddisk-160+50Gb
bandwith-3000Gb
now iam haveing more that 0.50-1.20 cpu useage,also cpu useage is also increased i hosted only 6 site out what only one site use MSQL all other site are plain download site,how to reduce the cpu load can u figure me out this issue also give me some tips to reduce the cpu usage

That looks like a celeron to me !! And that is not that high of useage i would guess, remove the heavy sites from server and it should reduce your usage.
cheers12+ years -same website , new server [SSD Inside] providing shared/reseller hosting only !
These things we do not provide/offer : Unlimited Storage ! Unlimited Bandwidth ! But Why? Cause, we were unable to put such a large number on our pages, it just would not fit.

0.5-1.2 loads aren't extremely high.

also my dout is when the load cross 2,it show as red it may cause any problme for the server!also help me for good config for my httpd.conf file for my server

Although a load of 2 for a VPS is definitely not good, that warning is the default cPanel warning level - it can be determined by the user.http://www.rskeens.com

Can you post the output of the "top" command (using SSH) during what (you consider to be) high load?
If say, your system is swapping all the time it could also be a RAM issue. Or maybe the MySQL database needs tuning. Etc. etc.
But a load average of <2 is usually not a big problem. You only really start to notice when it gets >4.
