Looking for $30/month solution

In general, my budget is $30/month for a windows web hosting solution. What's the best host for this price range and what do I get for that?

No experience with americaneagle, but for your $30/month budget I would recommend Discountasp.net.

Hosting plan is $10/month and focused on windows hosting. For me they've always been the best value out there for windows hosting considering their support is top notch and the hosting package provides exactly what I'd need from a windows host.

Well firstly, what kind of needs do you have out of a hosting company? You didn't list any requirements, etc...

I need SQL Server, SSL, and the best uptime I can get for that price. I'm not sure yet what the traffic load is.

Shared SSL or Dedicated SSL? If you're going with dedicated SSL you're best of buying a certificate from someone like servertastic.com (they have them for really cheap!!).

I'll also add that you have a very good budget.

Windows based hosting, multiple ms sql databases, dedicated ip, and dedicated ssl installed. $30 a month is a great budget. I have a similar setup that I'm paying almost half for.

Thumbs down Hosting may be fine but avoid them for Web Development / Applications

I have personally seen 2 projects go WAY over schedule. They change project managers almost monthly it seems, and there is no continuity in the interim, just as there is no coordination between the sales team that creates a proposal (that is lacking even when you provide them EXACT specifications) and the development team that tries to fulfill it. Nightmare to deal with.
