You mean you want to purchase backlinks? I believe that's against Google's TOS.

There are many way that you might get backlinks - One would be to offer something like a free months hosting to every site that agrees to put up so many back links with specified content.

Another is to submit your site to SEO friendly directories that provide anchor text links.

Yet another is to add a link in your signature on this forum using anchor text.

There are many other ways to get gobs of links, but you don't really expect all secrets to be bared in a public forum do you?

Companies such as: text-link-ads.com sell PR6 domains from $60 to $1,750/mo.

I have an account with them, but never bought anything. Price never seemed good...

Text-link-ads are known to Google as a link seller and thus the links from then are not likely to do you much good

Each web site has on "history" for google and has different prices. For PR-5 sites it might be up to $500 per month.

Buying links for the sole purpose of passing PR is risky.

Don't be obsessed with PR that much but rather focus at SERP rankings. High PR backlinks offer more value if it can give you more targeted traffic from experience.

Everyone is right in this thread. Don't buy links for PR. In fact PR is something you should not worry about. The toolbar PR that everyone see is not accurate or a indication of what your true PR value is in Google. You will never know what your internal PR is from Google, so this leads you to believe not to worry about Google PR.
