A man in Canada who persuaded girls in Kent to strip in front of their webcams has been jailed for three years.

Some as young as 9, and he used the video/pictures for blackmail, as stated in the article.

The kid is twisted, he needs to be put away for awhile, and some kind of treatment afterwards.
