var sidebar_align = 'right';
var content_container_margin = parseInt('350px');
var sidebar_width = parseInt('330px');
Just finished this uber-simply (I think it's too simple, but I've been told to stop trying to complicate it) design:
Ignore content, it's mostly blurb or non-drafted stuff.
:cookie: to anyone who reviews nicely!
I like it really really nice
I like the concept for sure, however I think it is too, bland? Simple is great, however it is lacking color and content.
Maybe instead of the text at the top: The Machine is a web hosting" you could put an image that would relate to your service, and then you can insert a slogan or message etc in there.
It needs definition, maybe a clearer footer would be useful?
It is clean, but it needs something to give it a personality.
Anyways, those are just my opinions, don't take them too seriously.
I really like the minimalism. Maybe a logo or banner of some sort would polish it up.
Thanks guys, I'll see what I can do to spice it up, a logo sounds good, something simple but not completely boring. I tried to steer well away from the image headers etc with lovely customer service people smiling, because they are ALL the same.
Perhaps a few photos.
Or a neat logo.
Just something visual to catch the eye and brighten up the site a little...
I love its simplicitity, but it could use some more color. Perhaps put a lightyellow background behind that introtext, with an added darker yellow border?
I like the idea, it just needs a bit more detail to make it stand out.
