I know Softlayer does, I need some cheaper alternatives.

OK details.
1. Dedicated server (no shared hosting, no VPS)
2. East US coast or central (e.g. Texas)
3. 1,000+ Gb monthly traffic
4. 50+ Gb space
5. At least 1 Gb RAM
6. Intel CPU preferred.
7. Redhat & CPanel.

can't help with US prices, but in the UK you would be looking at around $100 at various locations.

The problem is Cpanel.
Have you consider using Lxadmin or something? It is pretty good and easy to use. ANd it is free( almost)

Why not use DA or a free panel... cpanel will take a lot of memory if the server is for just one site and not for web hosting.
