Here's the story, I made three popular wallpaper designs for download on my website, then I guess everyone started spreading them around and hotlinking my wallpapers, in 2 weeks alone there was over a total of 7,000 downloads for those wallpapers on my site alone and then the next day my website was down, ftp, email and everything. I checked my bandwidth limit before and it was nowhere near the limit.

Did I somehow break a policy or something? I emailed them but no response yet.

How long ago did you email them? I suggest you start reading their TOS.

Were the wallpapers owned by you? Perhaps they were copyright and someone submitted a DMCA complaint against you.

No one here is going to be able to answer that for you, unfortunately ... you will need to ask the web host. They're the only ones who know what's going on.

They have toll-free phone support so why not just give them a call...?

I'm sure if you had broken the rules on certain web hosting or do something against the rules you would have had your account suspended already.
