    * index files got infected " Need Help "

    Hello ,

    i have amny server , and i got about 7 server got infected


    i donot know where did i got this problem.

    2 weeks ago i got some sites have avirs i delted the code which got added on some index.html & index.php " any index files "

    i removed the code and cleaned the servers ,

    after 2 hrs i saw it back again.

    i made scan and i got them back , i replaced the pages with cleaned pages , and removed it again.

    but till now it came back after i remove .


    how can i protict my server from this issus

    Running any control panel?

    run a rootkit checker
    change your root pw
    change ftp account pw
    look at logs
    -list is endless

    Hello ,

    Control Panel is : cPanel.

    i did used all of this programs.

    i used rootkit , and others, i chnaged the accounts passwds, i cleaned the server from the files 100 times. and it came back.

    Note: it go on the sites even if the server has 100 or 1000 sites , i run on them all.

    Update all your addon(s), plug-in(s), APIs as security broke every minuet. Also, is there any extra code in your .htaccess?
