    thanks for the answer. am not able to call them but i emailed them before 9 hours and i got no answer so far

    Did you try both the billing and domain department?

    Well I used the form on the website nothing more. I can't call but do you provide support just through phone calls?

    I understand but 10 hours and no answer so far? I guess that is a lot of time.

    oh my god. After checking again the auto reply I got from them I think I have to wait a lot of time. It says the following

    "Your question has been received. You should expect a response within 24 hours."


    24 hours? Even when it is related to something very important. I think that is a lot of time for a company like Godaddy.

    As they say ! they will get back to you within 24 hours! so wait for exact 24 hours. They always reply something which you always NEVER-WANTED to know but they do reply within that time-frame!

    Well, you get what you pay for on that. If you pay next to nothing, you won't get premium high class support.
