Email being sent to non existent email addresses

On one my servers, I'm receiving hundreds of spam emails that are clogging up the email queue to email addresses that do not exist.

For instance domain.com, I would get

    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

You get the picture. How do I setup my server so that if there isn't an email address setup the email automatically gets deleted instead of trying to attempt to deliver it?

Is there a catch-all setup by any chance?

What control panel? If cPanel, go to the mail menu and set the "catchall" or default address to the following:
    Code:
    :fail:No such address here
This will fail all mail that doesn't have a POP or forward set up.
Then set up whatever mail accounts you want to receive mail to. If you want to forward mail to the default mailbox while using mail, set it to forward to "[email protected]" (where hostname... is the full name of the server).
    Works perfectly.

If he's receiving them, that would have to be true.
