Question About Rebuilding Apache...


if i rebuild apache through easyapache, does httpd.conf reset to default?

No, it keeps your conf, just adds modules.

Well it won't do any change for the present conf, you can reconfigure the module list as you wish instead.

Why would it change your .conf files? Have you ever studied what Apache actually does? It does not modify any .conf files.

Hi WHC, don't jump into conclusions if you have doubts go through cpanel forums.

Have you ever studied what Apache actually does?

It depends on the options that you sue while you run easyapache.
