SSL? Can I repoint it or do i have to move/copy everything..

    I have installed an SSL.

The https:// points to a folder called secure. Do I have to move everything into this folder or is there a way to point users to another subdomain?

What did you issue the SSL cert? For example, if your domain is www.example.com, you can get the SSL cert for www.example.com and then just open the page(s) securely by https://www.example.com.

All your files / folders would be accessible in this main folder.

If you bought the SSL cert for a sub-domain, then chances are you will need to have those files in that sub-domain unless they are called securely by another SSL

no you do not have to do anything. Just purchase a certificate for your domain and its done.
