    Unhappy my expericnce with Giga-international (so far not good)

    hello

    I have order a server 12 days ago (this is by the way the magic number for Giga-international.com) , in the order they said it would take between 2 - week to setup the server

    and every time I send them email they say be patient we are setting up your server then when the magic day come they realize suddenly that the order wasn't completed and the money wasn't receive so I have place new order and wait for another 2 week .
    that means they respond without any care about the content of the message

    the problem is that I'm not the only one
    it happen before the same amount of days

    and know after they toke the money they vanish
    no response , nothing
    and before there is only one guy that answer the support emails
    and other emails nothing like they don't excise)
    also when I called their phone - no response

    If I haven't seen old post about them ... I might have said there is no company , it just one person or more with few pages to steal people money

    their panel not on their hosting , I haven't seen from them anything yet (I mean rally nothing , although I pay them everything in advance ) and still waiting

    Unless you ordered some very highly specialized setup, 2 weeks lead time seems a long.

    If they're not able to deliver the server to you then I would suggest looking elsewhere for a dedicated server. There are plenty of places that can get you set up right away.

    Ihave had very bad experience with them
    I think it is one-man-operations , if not I think they are bunch of teens running " the company " from grandma garage
    forget it - the stories about datacenters in Frankfurt and Munchen is a bullS#@t

    do you know other companies that gives good bandwith (may be unmetered bandwidth )

    Ecatel , since they started to post offers here ( about 8 months ago ) , they never had the time to make their own website , I don't know how to trust him

    That's weird. They had a 'demo' of their website, months ago, that had more information on it?

    I'm telling you - I don't trust him

    this is impossible to don't have a site in this industry for a eight months , it costs nothing ..... I'm still thinking this is one man operation or teens in grandma's garage

    I agree with you that it is not right that our website isn't ready yet. Our clients have a higher priority then our website. Our customer portal is already working for customers. Currently we are working hard to get our website online, it will definitally be ready soon this month.

    I can INSURE u we are no one-man operation, or teens (in grandma's garage).

    Hello, thanks for your reply.

    Ecatel is an official registered company at the Companies house in the UK. We are aswell registered at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. We have our own network and are no resellers of another company.

    So let me get this straight; you were bugging them to setup your server without having paid them? And then you paid them but didn't complete the order form and have them confirm the order? How can you expect things to work when you haven't done what you need to do?
