I am unable to find options for the following in CPanel 4.9

1) For end-users to change their own passwords via a http://domain.com/user interface

2) For end-users to configure 'forwarding' of their email to an alternate location

3) Information pertaining to end-users accessing/using their www.domain.com/user folder's for subsites.
