It should be a great solution, if you are looking for trouble.

I could not see a review about this web site before on WHT. Also there is not a company information on their web site. If you ask my personal opinion when I don't purchase a reseller hosting from them. Because I cannot trust them. Good luck!

PowerRangers:
Is this your hosting company or one your looking to go with?
I'm dubious about them in all honesty as the Pro (reseller) and Master (Master Reseller) have unlimited diskspace, unlimted bandwidth, unlimited accounts you can add to your reseller.
In my book that's un-sustainable.
If I bought that package for for $15-$20 then started adding hundreds and hundreds of customers then for under £20 outlay I'm going to be raking it in but, how long would the server last? or even my account and everyone else I have as customers?
The server is good I'll admit but, it's un-sustainable given the package allowances.
They'd soon start grinding to a halt with no limits
Hope this helps

The company may be new, or have a certain market. Feedback on them may be difficult to find for lots of reasons.
There are thousands of hosts out there. Is there something special that you could find about this host, to make you trust them with your business? If not, look at the alternatives, or assume the risk.
Reasons to look at their business model more carefully have been given to you.
In any case, I see that they advertise quite a bit over at DigitalPoint, an their owner (I suppose) is a member there: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=90253
Maybe someone can give you the feedback you need, if you ask on that forum.
Interestingly enough, their representative there, though called Jason, seems to not be a native English speaker (judging by his use of words and expressions): http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showt...ighlight=iwhic

So what does that tell you about iWhic? Well, it tells you that they are either dishonest (you won't get all the space/bandwidth they advertise) or they're stupid (they will drastically oversell their servers and when they reach capacity bad things will happen ).
Please stay away from those types of plans

Every Host has had a few bad reviews. We did have a HD crash that lead to down time and Mad clients. Those days are over. We are a great host and have been Hosting for over a Year. We are one of the fastest growing HONEST host. We have achieved a Solid PR2 Through out our site and not a shabby Alexa rank either. We host clients world wide and have a 99% client satisfaction rating. You can wander over to DP and see for your self. Or you can do as over 3 new clients a day do.. Try our service. For what ever reason that you feel that we don't meet your needs we offer a full 30 day refund. We have never once scammed a single client and never will and that my friend is why we are growing at the rate we are. Thank you for the feed back Im glad 4 people reviews makes a opinion that much easier about a company. Have a great day! Jason

You're better contact webhostingstuff to update the offline status.
To be honest, i wouldn't host with a hosting provider that have too much downtime on their own website.

I have contacted them ,I have no idea of what is taken so long to get things redone and correct, There stats on our Web site HAS NEVER been correct. The uptime for IwhiC.Com is as follows. According to host tracker http://host-tracker.com/web-site-uptime/335172/ff/ You will see the 3 days of down time that happened sense our monitoring. Im not happy about that BUT.. Nothing I can do now as that was 3 Months ago.. 51 days of Uptime. Thank you Jason

Answers on a post card as to who they actually are, no contact details anywhere.
Proxy hosting probably accounts for most of the growth and is usually nothing but trouble if you are a client based on a server where a proxy is also hosted.
