iMountain.com Follow-up to 6 Month Review

I just wanted to post a short follow-up to my 6 month iMountain.com review.

Since the mySQL cluster crash at the beginning of February, things have been rock solid. No downtime since then, not on either the mySQL server or the web server that I am on (which is web20 by the way). The outstanding support continues. Then again, why wouldn't it? And as always, Brandon at the front desk is very helpful whenever I call to annoy *cough* talk to *cough* him.

Ryan I would've thought it was obvious forum member mrbister posted the above for continuity and it was rhetorical

Calidude: Thanks for the update follow-up. Pleased things are going from strength to strength

Rhetoric doesn't work very well in circumstances like this. "Here is your previous review:" or even "this is your old review" would have been more appropriate.

I'm not convinced it wasn't a genuine question.

Greetings Calidude

It's safe to say, I can take a guess at which client you are even without looking at our accounts because you're one of the few clients that actually uses ... a phone.

Energizer Bunny, it is shared hosting.
