WHM IP problems?

Hey, I have recently bought a new dedicated and they did not automatically add my IP's. Now I know there is a Add New IP function in WHM. But for some reason when I add it, it still says system has 0 free ip's. Also when I go to show/delete Ip's the ones I added appeared in RED. Can anyone help?
