eleven2 [[[no response after two days]]]

I registered at eleven2. My server is down many times. I want to get help from them. Then I send support email and AIM message. There have no any feedback.

Now I want to close my business in eleven2. There have no feedback yet.

No proof, just bashing with rude words. Who will believe you?
    1) tell us your website or what private server do you rent
    2) tell us when did you sent support email
    3) did you try to open support ticket? seems like no
    4) did you try to phone? seems like no.
    5) have you tried to contact their rep at WHT? seems like no
    6) besides, what does it mean "my server is down many times"? 1 time a day, 1 time an hour, 50 times per minute?

It is none of your business if you are not eleven2 employee?

They promise 24*7 support on AIM,Ticket and Email. I already send my problem to their ticket system and AIM. I don't get any response after two days go.

I am not eleven2 employee, in fact I hear about them first time in my life.
It is a custom there, at WHT to tell your domain name if you are talking (no matter, good or bad) about host. It would be polite to do so.
I would like to disagree with your phrase "It is none of your business" - it is my business, as one day I may decide to choose them as my host. No, not this year and not another - just sometime. And I want to know what exactly happens there. And in order to know I need backup for facts.
Please be so kind to provide more facts and less emotions.

So, if the details of your problem aren't any of our business, why are you posting here?

@OP, at least submit a ticket to moderators so they know you're a legit customer (if you don't want to share your domain with the rest of the community).

I would like to request for your domain name to verify. Also can I suggest toning down the language as well as observing basic courtesy in a public forum like WHT?

    Appreciate that!

In the absence of any detailed information we have no way of knowing exactly how we can help you understand and or resolve your potential issues with E2, so please be patient

Have you considered it could be your connection to E2?

    Have/do you 3rd party monitor your domain/server at E2?
This would clarify it is indeed them at not you.

I know it could be considered little excuse but, maybe E2 don't fully understand your problem because the way you explain things

It's best to contact them via their online VIP - Customer Portal.

E-mail can be unreliable with spam filters ...etc.

Good luck and keep us informed of how you go

Well of course not, 99% of the time it's an 1D 10T error. It sure is easy to blame someone else though

Haha a military joke... Go grab me a 1D 10T form (aka 1D10T, or IDIOT) form

Ah, that really takes me back in time.
