I didn't get you clearly. But if you want a reliable sitemap generator, you can check out Google Webmaster Central. Download the software for free. If you have a google account, you can do more with Webmaster central tools.

Sitemapdoc.com (sorry, can't link yet) will map your site, then you can save the sitemap in one of several formats. It will auto-detect duplicate content and problems with your site, like missing descriptions, etc..
