    Website Unavailable

I'm hosting a website using startlogic.com with a domain name from register.com. I've updated my register.com's DNS setting so it reads startlogic's DNS servers, however, I am still unable to see anything on my website, not even a generic "Website under construction" page. The browser just times out. Please help, I'm new at this! (It has been well over 24-72 hours since I updated them)

try with dnsreport.com and check results.
Each registrar is a tool. Not all Tools are for the same thing

    Welcome to WHT!

24 to 72 hours! Man its like going back to 2002/2003 when it used to take 24 to 72 hours for the DNS propagation

Check the simple whois and see if your domain name reflects correct DNS and IP address?

If no then check your domain settings once again!

Maybe to propagate, but many ISP's (and your local pc and router) catch DNS results for much longer sometimes.
The Baidu spider for example uses old DNS info for weeks (if not longer).

Your ISP may be caching data, takes a few days for the DNS to propagate.

DNS servers are accurate, and they match up with the domain name. Says the status is ok. Hmm....

Also, I get this when trying to view the website from a remote computer:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
