I am currently in the process of building a system for a client that needs to integrate some kind of solution that will allow them to send faxes by e-mail. They have news releases and a list of media fax subscribers.

Can anyone recommend a good, preferably inexpensive e-mail to fax service? This company is based in Canada, so a Canadian service would be great, but a U.S. company would do as well.

Try Jconnect (j2.com). They allow you to send faxes via e-mail to US and Canadian faxes.

Are you looking to house the solution yourself?

What type of document will you be email?

Doc, pdf, bmp, jpg and so on?

How many channels are you looking to do faxing at same time?
