Beta test new MP3 Streaming Software
http://tunemote.com/closed_beta/
These chaps have a pretty neat application. It's free, and if you know how to forward ports on your router, it allows you to stream music everywhere.
It's free, and no ads, so I hope it's ok to encourage some WHT'rs to help beta test it.

It's easier than keeping them (for example) on your company's file server so you can listen at work. I've known many an employee to get their 100Gb music collection purged from the system. (And many an incompetent IT Admin for not automatically discovering that!). If my upload at home wasn't just reduced to 768k I'd be all over this.
Some folks have Slingbox or something similar to watch TV at work, too.

It's streaming software, not a media player.

How?
Maybe you can across a local network......probably not to work unless you have something like Shoutcast for Winamp or the software suggested above.

I'd rather save my money for an Apple TV. I'll try it out when I get the chance.
