Seeking Support Reps/Sales Reps -- Pay included!
Crissic Solutions seeking active Sales and/or Support Representatives!
Your job will be to answer support tickets from clients; anywhere from shared hosting support, to dedicated support.
You will have access to WHMCS, LiveHelp, and Phone Support(if you request it)
Your job will be to advertise Crissic Solutions on the internet, to friends/family, and to the general public; whichever you chose. Pay will be based off of commissions of a 10% reoccurring commission. Meaning if a client pays $100 per month, you get $10 per month from that one client.
You will have access to LiveHelp to assist in the sales department, as well as WHMCS for the sales/billing departments.
You will be paid per sale/billing ticket as a Level 1 Support Ticket.
You must be over the age of 18 and be able to devote at least a few hours each day to the company. Payments will be made via PayPal in USD only (as outlined in the contract)
You must sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement, as well as the Contract that will be set forth.
Answer to our Questionnaire, so we can get a better understanding of how you will contribute to Crissic Solutions as a whole.
We request that you send us (in either word or PFD format) your resume with references to other jobs you have done. Please try to keep them similar to the area you will be dealing with. One or Two references to somebody who can vouch saying you are a trustworthy person would be acceptable, but we do need others that contribute to the job you are applying for.
Due to legalities, and because you will be signing our Non-Disclosure Agreement and Contract, we do request that we also have the following information on file.
As outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement, we would not be releasing any of this information. The above information is to protect the worker and the company in case something goes wrong.
We do not need personal information until after receiving your resume and are possibly considering you. We do request that you provide your phone number so we can talk via phone. A copy of the Questionnaire, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and your Contract will be emailed to you when we consider you. We request that you print off, sign, scan, and return via email all above documents, other than the Questionnaire.
For legal reasons, we are unable to hire any persons under the age of 18.
