Can You Make Money Online WITHOUT a Page rank?

I know a lot of people tend to emphasize how important Google's Pagerank is, but can you make a lot of money online WITHOUT one?

I know more than likely you'll make more if you have a higher pagerank, but I see some people making a decent amount of money and they're PR0.

Honestly, I think if you market your product/site right, then you should be fine... but I just want to hear what others have to say about it?

Absolutely!

PR obviously has some benefits but MANY companies online don't rely on search engine traffic to keep them in business.

In what way are you trying to make money? There are some methods that may benefit from a good PageRank (in turn, a good search engine ranking), but there are others that wouldn't benefit and don't need to benefit.

You're question is quite broad and open.

Sure yu can. All you need is visitors. Page rank is fake... in general. It is just a Google tool to measure site authority.

Don't obsess over the pretty green bar that google created as slight of hand. Yer watching it while the real deal is elsewhere.

All you need is targeted traffic that converts

Having good rankings in SERP would help you with this.

PR is just a value that Google gives to a website. It depends on various factors like back links, page design etc, however, making money depends on the products you sell and the marketing technique you apply.

agree, however, there are other factors as well which play crucial role in pr like the design of site, its internal linking structure, flash etc.
pr is also derived away if we start exchanging links in bulk or with bad theme websites. Google consider it as spam.

Not quite. structure plays a role in how PR is passed around your website, but that again, is still "links". flash, and anything else has no bearing on PR at all. exchanging links with bad sites, etc does not play a part in hurting your site at all in the normal PR calculations, only if a manual review is done and they give your site a handjob, meaning place a PR block on it. The actual PR calculations and algo tho are completely derived from links.

Many people say PageRanks are just a show-off of "Hey I got better PR than you."

If i perform good for my key terms, I wont be bothered abt PR

Having a high PR will get you more traffic. But other than that your PR doesn't matter its traffic that counts...
