If you can extend your range to Columbus, OH (where I live!) I would highly recommend ee.net (eNet). They have a nice variety of bandwidth, especially for connecting to Midwestern end users (in particular Road-Runner customers). Their network is a BGP4 blend of MCI, GBLX, and Time Warner.
Yocolo does have a data center in Toledo, OH. You can check out a video tour of the data center from the homepage @ ( http://www.yocolo.com )
Isn't that CISP's data center? Judging from a traceroute, the AS number and the images from the two websites, it seems to be the same place.
