    Merchant

    Hello

Has anyone had any dealings with www.cyberbit.com?

I am looking at potentially using them.

However I would like to hear about what they are like to deal with?

I run WHMCS, is it easy to integrate?

Also can you use the same account in more than one WHMCS setup?

    What's there support like?

I had a quick look around for info, but nothing seemed to be recent.

    Thanks in Advance.

Yikes, those are some high fees, especially their per transaction flat fee. If you're planning on processing a lot of low value hosting fee transactions, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a merchant account.

It isn't always the price you should look at, but also the service, support and on time payment every time.

Also we offer individual pricing for each business case, since everything depends on the type of business, volume and some other points.

For a reference list of merchants that use our services, just send a request to us.

    RelicHOST,

I use Cyberbit to process my payments, they are no dearer than anyone else, especially in my line of business. Prices are negotiable after a while.
They are a smaller company than Protx or WorldPay which i think has it's advantages, for example you get a real person to speak to when you have a problem rather than a young in-experienced call centre person who knows nothing.
I hear WorldPay's chargeback is a no hoper for merchants, if you have 2/3 chargebacks a year with Worldpay i doubt it very much that you will win your case, this loss of money can accrue to far more than what Cyberbit charge for transactions in a year.

My advice is ring them and then email them, see what response you get - I bet you get a response instantly.

    Good luck
    Iain

    Plimus.com are even worse... 15% - lol

I'd suggest you 2CO in this context. Or why dont you stick to PayPal?

PaypalPro or whatever they call it in the UK is probably your best best.
