Taxes and the IRS

Do I need to hold out taxes? If so, how should I go about doing this? I have iPanel, and it has a name and a percentage area. What do I need to do/clear with the IRS?

I am just starting out, and people tells me to wait until my company gets started before holding out anything, and then register as a corporation, etc.

What did you do when you first started?

just a general rule:

anything you make or lose MUST be reported to the IRS.

You need to go talk to an accountant immediately. Don't listen to anything anyone else tells you.

You should always fill your taxes, but have you received any W2s, 1099s or tax forms from the IRS? If so, then you could get into some serious trouble if you don't file taxes. Talk to an accountant.
