    filters not working

It seems my email filters in cpanel do not work at all. I put for example two filters for a specific email address spamming me. One is 'any headers' and the other is 'from'. I'm stilling getting spammed from this email address / IP.

I had reset exim to defaults also. Using Cpanel 11, stable.

Add the following rule inside the file /etc/vfilters/domain.com and restart exim. Have a check after that.

    Code:
    if
     $header_from: contains "[email protected]"
     or $message_headers contains "[email protected]"
    then
     save "/dev/null" 660
    endif

Paste the logs of 'grep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog' for the last few hours
