If your ssh server has failed, the only option is to get the noc to restart your ssh server. Between, did you confirm all the other services in the server are up and running ?..in that case reboot the server and find the reason to troubleshoot it

i don't think there are any rpm's available. Whats stopping you from contacting your NOC ?. If you have changed something, tell them what you changed and they would be able to fix it faster

If you cannot restart sshd through WHM, you need to contact DC. It could be firewall issue also.

Install the telnet rpm via WHM, make sure that telnet is usable, and then work with that.

There's many reasons individuals may not want to contact their 'noc' to deal with this. Most will charge hourly admin rates to handle something this simplistic.

Note that you can't (for security reasons) telnet to the server as root, so you'll need to create an account, use su once you're logged in, and then fix the issue from there.

Most likely this is a very minor issue that can be resolved by fixing configurations, but in some cases it's not.
