Win2000 Nameservers Not Communicating

are both servers accessible by trying \\servername\ in the command prompt (to each other ofcourse) ?

There could be many things wrong, depending on how they are setup (e.g., ADI DNS vs. standalone DNS).

What do your DNS Event Logs say? There should be at least some diagnostic / error information there.

The link you provided does not give any more details than "its not working". And the img links on that page require login. So, even that piece of information is off limits.

So, if you hope to get useful advice, please describe the problem in great excruciating detail. Of special interest is what you have attempted to fix the problem, and the results thereof.

There is zero possiblility of duplicate content because the replies are different. So, the content is different.

No, but yeah they should. I had checked to make sure the post could be viewed, didnt think to make sure the images could be viewed. Here they are.

For the dns clustering to work correctly i believe they should be mapped correctly

I am a Linux guy. These dns servers are ones I only recently took over, and being win2000, I'm not sure how to do that.
