I have four customers and about 30 mailboxes hosted with www.intermedia.net. Features and uptime are great, but the quality of support lately has been lacking a bit.

I also think Intermedia.NET is quite a nice company that offer Exchange Hosting.

Well, I am quite concern about the speed of receiving of the mails rather.

Moreover, for Nokia E61i, should I use the "Mail for Exchange" or "Blackberry Connect"?

We once tested them a while back before setting up our own machines. we still have the account and every 1-2 weeks we get emails about downtime and problems.

The downtime emails pertain to certain servers and groups of servers. None of my customers has complained about downtime yet. But we're considering signing up with appriver.com again and moving some accounts over because of the outsourced support issues @ Intermedia.

miltongoh: You only need Blackberry Services if the phone is a Blackberry.

I would recommend elephantoutlook.com. They have a good reputation, full features, and we had a great support experience with them about a year ago. We send many people their way and have heard no complaints at all.
