I think 20-25/month would be reasonable. Less is better of course, but you get what you pay for.

That's appropriate - you can get 3 mailboxes with ActiveSync for ~25/mth.

What version of exchange? 2003/2007 ??
Do you require a copy of Outlook included for each user?

I have 1 account with 3 gb of space for ~$9 / mo on Exchange 2007 with RPC over HTTPS, great uptime, ActiveSync, and a copy of Outlook at http://www.sherweb.com. Support has also been great, even when it's my fault.
