Have a check of the /root/ folder to see any big file/folders are taking space.

I have checked at /root folder there is no big file at that place.

I received that error when changing password of Cpanel account at
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log:

Check to see if there are any files in / and check the usage of /boot too.
I think the server saw what was required of it and just committed suicide instead.

    Here ya go

Delete this core dump file from /

    -rw------- 1 root wheel 405M Feb 4 06:12 perl5.8.8.core

Also, on a side note, if you wish to disable core file creation as root you can type
    sysctl -w kern.coredump=0

and as root (or sudo) type
    echo "kern.coredump=0" >>/etc/sysctl.conf

This will make it occur on reboots also

Thanks a lot all of you.
After deleting perl5.8.8.core the space has been left.
