    Hardware for colo

    Hi guys,
I'm looking for some decently priced hardware for coloing...
got a rack, but only 8 servers on it...dunno what to do with the rest of the space...so i want to fill it up with real cheap servers.
    I'm looking for used/refurbished servers.
About $400 a piece would be fine...

However, i'd just love it if it could go down to $100 a pc.
Can you direct me to some place where they sell **** cheap servers?
Its ok if they're pedestals(tower) too..i'll talk the datacenter into letting me use some space on their ledge for free

If I were you, I would try to get more customers, then put them to new servers. Using old servers might end up with higher power charge every month

Keep an eye on your power consumption. For the most part, power is allocated in 20 amp and you only can use up to 80% (16A)

I suggest you take a look at this http://www.colocationspace.net/colocationpower.cfm
