Why is it then that it says it is Port Artisanal in Madagasgar and that those are active fishing boats, rather than a graveyard?

If you scroll down a little bit, you can see many floating big ships. Compared to them, these ships are all too small and too thin. And they all seem to be the same size. Fishing boats would be my guess. Gee .. tons of them. Must be a lof of fish around

Because some idiot who doesnt know where Madagascar is must have marked it. Madagascar is on the eastern side of Africa...try zooming out in map mode.

And where did you see Madagascar written there and how do you know those boats are active ?

Real easy, on the picture you referenced click on the view option and select all places instead of the none. A box will appear in the middle of the picture, then hover your cursor there.

It doesnt say Madagascar. By the way I learnt by googling that artisanal port is a kind of port for fishing activity.
