Hello , please recommend me a inexpensive dedicated server with no or small setup fees . Im looking for
P4 , 1000 Ram , 500 gb HDD , 1000 GB transfer so far and , I need to be able to prepurchase bandwidth in blocks of 1000 gigs at discount prices. Thank you.

Unmanaged , location isnt important , and no resellers please , i need companies with their own datacentre.
