    Dreamhost DOWN, been down for 10 hours, no response from tech support

    Very frustrating.

    I have sites on the Dreamhost PS.

    This is what I'm getting on my screen for the past 10 hours


    While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.directoryjunction.com/forums/?
    The following error was encountered:
    • Connection to 208.113.249.228 Failed
    The system returned:
    (111) Connection refused The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
    Your cache administrator is webmaster.

    I must have sent in over 6 support tickets, and none of them ever got responded.

    IMO this is absurd. I"ve been with them for almost 3 years even after numerous outages.

    I'm losing my patience.

    For the monthly price you're paying you should reall get a better service. If you aren't really needing the storage space and need more computing power there are other VPS-providers out there.
