Anyone using Bionhosting?

Noticed my new server seems to be unresponsive, to ssh, ftp, http etc.
Opened a ticket at 8:47am, it's now 9:26am, haven't had a reply yet.
Was wondering if anyone else uses their nodes? or has a server with em?

Almost 2 hours now...gah
Am I being to impatient?
You'd think if they were looking into it, they'd at least reply to say so, right now I have no idea if anyone's even read it.

The site itself is working fine. Have you tried all their support methods?

Yea, site works ok, but my site(s) do not
For instance - www.uoforums.com
The only support stuff I could find, were support tickets, the number on the guy's profile here, is American, which I can't dial from here
They have no live support chat thing either.

Do you have dedicated server with them or VPS?

They do not have phone numbers to call?

It's a dedicated
It responds to a ping on the IP, but isn't accessible via any normal means (ssh/ftp/webhostmanager/httpd etc)
The only number I could find, puts you through to an answering machine
I managed to call from a friends phone, you get a selection menu (1-billing, 2 support) support puts you on hold for about a minute, then says to leave your name/number
A friend also got the same thing a couple of hours later.

(Ticket is still unanswered)

They seem to have 2 support/client areas, so I sent in a ticket on the 2nd and marked it as "Critical", but that to, is unanswered.

Does make me wonder about their testimonials page though

To quote the only two entries

Quote:
live support is on regular but even when its not i can expect my support tickets to be answered within minutes.

And..

Quote:
Frankly, they had me when I knew it was possible to contact one of the founders directly via MSN 24/7 in case of emergency
Shame their msn's aren't listed on the site
I do have one of the owner's msn/aim contacts, but he's been "Away" for 6 hours, 47 minutes.
Gah, heh.

I just hope it doesn't take as long as my other ticket, which was opened on the 01/23/2008, asking for reverse DNS to be setup on the ip/domain

Thats really a huge time and sorry to hear that you have not being answered yet.
By the way, you contacted them via their supportdesk. right?
If it was an email, did you get any autoresponse for your email so that you can make sure ticket is opened?

Yea he's not online - Last Activity: Today 05:49 AM
His AIM states - Away,Idle - 9 hours.

Still not up, still no reply to the two tickets.
I did have someone from the Serverdoctor try and look at it, as he's apparently Rob's partner, but so far, no go.
The DC was supposed to be rebooting it about an hour ago, but no update thus far.

Well after 8 hours, it was apparently a power spike in the DC?

Not entirely sure
The IP traces back to clt.carohosting.com?
Which I assume is this place - https://www.caro.net/contact.php

I didn't even get an apology, which I find quite off.
