    Q: Do you accept PayPal?
    A: Yes, we accept PayPal payments. We also accept Visa and MasterCard directly through our own merchant account.

    Q: How long will it take to setup my account?
    A: After we receive your payment, we will send you a questionnaire that will allow us to get more familiar with your company and services. Once we receive the completed questionnaire, we will begin our services within 72 hours.

    Q: Can we use any helpdesk software?
    A: For the time being, we will only support Kayako, which is why we're giving a free license to you . We do not support other helpdesk software at this time.

    Q: Will my customers know that we outsource?
    A: Absolutely not. We've taken every possible measure to ensure your customers cannot find out we are the ones providing the support to you.

    Q: Will I get access to the helpdesk and live chat software?
    A: The Kayako helpdesk will be installed on your domain so you can monitor tickets. However, we will not be able to give you access to the live support software.

    Q: Will you answer sales questions too?
    A: We will answer certain basic plan or policy related questions via live chat. Anything else would be directed to your sales contact.

    Q: Will you install the Kayako software for me?
    A: We will install Kayako for $9.95 and integrate it with either ModernBill or WHMCS for $5.00.

    Q: Will the Kayako license be mine?
    A: Yes. We will put the Kayako license under your Kayako Members Account. You will be able to contact their support staff as well.

    Q: Is there any discount if I have my own Kayako license?
    A: No. We include the Kayako license in the cost. It is not an additional fee therefore there would be no discount.

    How many staff do you have? Are they centralized or remote? How many customers do you support? Thank you.

    We currently have 12 staff members including 5 systems administrators. We presently have 3 people on our outsourcing program and will add additional staff as needed. The staff are remote - but all based in the United States. We do background checks and require NDAs for all staff members.
