    RAQ4

    Hi Everyone,

I have the opportunity to pickup a RAQ4 from a guy locally which has 450mhz/80gb hdd/256mb ram for $80. Not a killer deal, but not overpriced either.

I'm trying to figure out if it would be a) useful b) fun to play with or c) pointless.

Can you share your feedback? I'm not sure what I would use it for, but I'm sure some of you will have some pretty cool ideas. (Please don't suggest hosting clients on it, , I think it's a bit too old for that plus we've got other servers for that purpose)

What's wrong with my current router? I've got a nice Linksys SRX400 that has served me quite nicely.

In all seriousness, I have a buddy of mine who setup his own router. I don't really see the benefit to it --- more secure, maybe? My personal home computers aren't really prone to attack... and I am certainly not going to colo this thing.
