Need Stable Good Dedicated or VPS Linux Server

Hi, I'm looking for a Linux (CentOS) dedicated or VPS server that is hosted in California.

Looking for about 250GB - 500GB traffic quota. Doesn't have to have a strong CPU or RAM as I'm only doing traffic tunneling. Main thing is must have good and reliable network / bandwidth.

Any recommendations? I am currently testing VRTServers.net and the service and performance for both company and server is good!

also tried Knownhost.com but their VPS server keep choking and disconnecting me and other users intermittently from our destination server while tunneling.

PacificRack is also not too bad. I'm looking for more options. Was wondering if anyone else knows of any other companies I can try.

I used cari.net for a while. They were great for me.

I am on the east coast though so I wanted to have my server close to home.

Hmm I just checked, their pricing is reasonable but about 10-20 dollars above my budget.

Was wondering if anyone knew any other hosting that is similar in quality and pricing to VRTServers.net

I just need 128-256 RAM, a simple Celeron would do. Just doing some traffic tunneling nothing resource intensive.
    About 250gb-500gb per month bandwidth.

Budget is about 20-50 dollars a month. Main thing is that it's hosted in California or Seattle because I would like to have good ping and latency to it.

Actually, I just remembered. Linode has a west coast node. They are excellent for a vps and well within your budget.
