Question Hardware questions PCI Riser/Harddrive options/Nic options

I don't know what these are for but might help me decide incase of future upgrades

    Dual On-Board Nics
    Or
Intel Pro 100S NIC with or without IP SEC Encryption

Is the second option worth the extra money?

PCI Riser, 1x64bit/66MHz slot and 1x32bit/33MHz slot
    Or
    PCI Riser 2X64bit/66MHz slots

18GB U160 SCSI 1" Hot Plug Hard Drive (10,000 RPM)
    Or
    80GB IDE, 1" 7200 Hard Drive

I know a cobalt raq3i with 512mb ram was able to push 6 mbps and it uses eide with 300 Mhz.

What do you guys think? Most of it will be for static content and systems will have 512 to 1 gig of ram

    OK, my suggestion:

-Intel Pro 100S NIC without IP SEC Encryption
    -PCI Riser 2X64bit/66MHz slots
    -80GB IDE, 1" 7200 Hard Drive
    -512 MB RAM
